Quick answers / PHASENO
Answers
What people ask us most, answered plainly.
Who is behind Phaseno?
We are Phaseno, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. Our guides turn clinical trial information into short, readable explanations, free of charge.
Who runs Phaseno, and is it a medical provider, study team or recruiter?
No, we are a reading resource. Phaseno does not recruit for any study, and nothing on it is medical, legal or financial advice.
How many texts will I get?
It varies, but never more than about 8 a month. Msg & data rates may apply.
What will I receive?
You get educational information on the topic you pick, sent by email if you leave an address. Opt in to texts and short messages point you to the same guides.
Does a later phase mean a better study?
No. Phases describe the question a study is asking, not its quality. The notes explain what each phase is for.
Can you tell me which phase a study is in?
Public records list the phase, and the notes show you where to look. We do not look up studies for anyone.
Are texts required?
No. You are only texted if you tick a box yourself, and there is one unchecked box to choose from. Leaving it blank is fine.
Can I sign up without an email, phone or ZIP code?
Not at all. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are optional, so the form needs just your name, your topic and the privacy checkbox.
Who gets my contact details?
No one outside our team. We do not sell or pass them to sponsors, recruiters, research sites or lead buyers. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
How do I unsubscribe from texts?
Text STOP back to us. For help reply HELP or email [email protected].
How do I stop emails or delete my information?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected].
Can you connect me with a study team?
No. We do not make introductions or referrals to sponsors, sites or recruiters.
Can you review my test results?
No. We never see medical records and do not give medical advice. Your doctor can explain your results.
Can you tell me which study is right for me?
No. We do not recommend studies. A conversation with your own doctor is the right place for that, and our guides help you prepare questions.
